Macchi I.o.T is our digital solution from an Industry 4.0 perspective, which allows to perform OEE Monitoring, Breakdown Analytics, Predictive Maintenance, to verify production efficiency in real time and calculate the production cost of each batch, in full compliance with cybersecurity regulations.
LINE SUPERVISION
- Production progress monitoring;
- OEE and single components tracking (Availability, Quality, Performance);

PRODUCTION STATISTICS
- Detailed analysis of OEE and individual components with identification of inefficiency major causes;
- Comparison of actual production data with ideal ones and immediate tracking of the reasons for any drop in production capacity;
- Immediate reporting of downtime cause.
CONSUMPTION ANALISYS
- Machine consumption analysis, both absolute and related to the production quantity;
- Constant consumption monitoring over time for forecasts and spare parts procurement.
KPI ANALISYS
- Statistical analysis of critical processing parameters;
- Comparison of two different KPIs depending on a selected aggregation factor, in order to verify the existence of any correlations between them.
MACHINE RECORDER
- «Black box» containing all the historical events of the machine;
- Complete diagnostics of each event occurred on the machine and its impact on the process;
- Identification of the best and worst cycles and investigation of the causes.
CALENDAR
- Shift planning;
- Down time planning;
- Calculation of efficiency parameters and of some KPIs based on shift planning and downtime.
SMART NOTIFICATIONS
- “Threshold” values setting for certain variables;
- Real-time notifications for KPIs below a certain threshold.
