For urgently required spare parts, you can reach Macchi Spare Parts Service at +39.0331.827717. If you know the serial number and the part is available in stock, Macchi will arrange for delivery via express service within a few hours.

This Macchi service is not just urgent parts shipment, but is able to supply you with parts packages that are matched to your specific machine for retrofitting or replacement of obsolete modules. You may ask for a quotation by contacting our Spare Parts Department.

Die servicing

Nobody knows your die better than the people who originally built them. Macchi runs an in-house professional service for cleaning, repairing and refurbishing of our dies. These processes guarantee your production up-time and production quality without having your Operators involved in cumbersome, delicate and time consuming processes The services are based on one or more of the following operations:

• Non surface damaging cleaning of die sections in a special pyrolytic oven
• Hand polishing of the die components • Repairs or reconditioning of damaged die components
• Re-plating to original or higher specifications, Chrome, Nye-Carb, PVD
• Exchange of all parts subject to regular replacement, such as high tensile steel bolts
• Functional check and possible replacement of all heating elements
• Cleaning of all accessories, such as support carts, air manifolds etc.
